We have five female black lab cross pups for adoption at MLDHS. The mother of these pups showed up on a local acreage in January and moved into a spot under their barn. Apparently she was pregnant but the people living there didn't know until the puppies showed their faces from under the barn one day. The family is now moving and can't keep the dogs so brought them to MLDHS to find them homes. All puppies are female and with the exception of Leila are all black, some with a brown tinge. Kuro has wavy hair while the others are smooth. They are 2 months old and were vaccinated and de-wormed on the day they arrived at the shelter (Apr 27/09).
