Dexter came to us in February of 2022 as a young gecko, probably around a year old. He was adopted out shortly thereafter and returned a few months ago due to circumstances beyond his control. He is cute and sweet and an excellent eater! Dexter will require a minimum 20 gallon long enclosure with 3 hides (hot, moist and cool), but we would prefer he be in a 40 gallon so he has room to explore! He eats very well on his mealworms, dubia roaches, superworms and occasional hornworm. He is a very happy boy that loves to hang out with you and explore his enclosure. Prior knowledge of leopard gecko care is recommended as they need specific humidity levels to aid in shedding. Leopard geckos can live up to 20 years in captivity so please understand the commitment that comes with adopting one before applying.
