My Story
Must adopt with bond mate, Arthur
Hi there! My name's Trillium, and let me tell you, I'm one content little bunny! Life is just so much better when I'm with my brother Arthur, so we must be adopted together.
I'm the smaller, more relaxed half of the duo, and I just adore snuggling up to my brother. Arthur's the best; I love grooming him and being his loyal sidekick. And when I'm not showering Arthur with affection, you'll often find me cozied up by the water and food bowls or lounging around, taking it easy.
Oh, did I mention I'm a sucker for attention? I enjoy pets from our foster mom. Head pets and cheek massages? Yes, please! As for toys, I'm pretty particular. I'll take a good apple wood stick any day, but those other toys? Not really my thing.
Now, about my habits - I'm almost fully litter box trained, though I may have a little accident here and there. But with a bit more time and space, I think I'll nail it. And while I'm not destructive when stretching my legs.
Mealtime is a highlight of my day. I'm not picky at all - I'll munch on anything from carrots to mango to bananas. And those evening salads? Delish! Romaine lettuce, carrots, fresh papaya - it's like a gourmet feast every night!
Keeping up with my coat is important too. A light brushing every now and then keeps me looking sharp and minimizes shedding. And during molting season? Well, let's just say I appreciate a good grooming session even more.
I have not been around any cats or dogs, so I'm not sure how I'd do with them, but given my calm demeanor, foster mom thinks I may tolerate them. I also get along with my foster mom's older, respectful children.
Overall, I'm just a laid-back, affectionate bunny who's happiest when I'm with my brother and our loving family. If you're looking for a companion who's all about relaxation and love, then I'm your bunny! And remember, Arthur and I are a package deal - inseparable through thick and thin.

RRMN bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets. RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA.
If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.
