My Story

Willa is now in a home, bonding with her BFF. Good luck to everybunny! Willa is a two-year-old harlequin who was found on the corner of Kingsway and Knight Street all alone. She has enjoyed a good life so far albeit maybe lonely as she has no other bunny friends to play with. Willa has been spayed and is in excellent health, making her ready to find her forever home. Willa is clean, curious, and playful. She loves to be petted and she shows her love with kisses/licks regularly. She would thrive in a space where she can roam around and explore.. She’d also enjoy having plenty of toys and perhaps a forage box to keep her occupied. Ideally, we would love Willa to have a companion. If you would like to adopt Willa, please apply today! The adoption fee is $75 per rabbit ($150 for a pair). Please do your research and if you're interested in any of our rabbits, go to www.vrra.org to fill in our adoption application. We follow the House Rabbit Society adoption policies. For everything you need to know about caring for a bunny, visit the House Rabbit Society website at: www.rabbit.org. We strongly encourage all prospective bunny adopters to pick up a copy of “The House Rabbit Handbook: How to Live with an Urban Rabbit,” available from most online sellers (e.g., Amazon) as well at our shelter.
