My Story

Pecan fits his lionhead breed! He is opinionated and sweet, funny, and full of personality in the best way possible! He has a gorgeous ruffle around his neck and sleek black fur. He’s in search of his forever home and loves people and attention! Pecan is one of our intakes from the 16 abandoned bunnies from the Arab trailer crisis. You can read more about the conditions on our page here https://huntsvillehouserabbits.com/arab-abandoned-bunnies Pecan has been neutered, vaccinated against RHDV2, and examined. He has been assessed to be very healthy by our vet. He is likely under 1 year old as of February 2024. Like many rescued bunnies, Pecan is appreciative of affection and attention. He is very cuddly and very sweet. He loves food and treats and attention. He would love a soothing, happy, calm person who can give lots of attention and love. He would likely enjoy a bunny friend! Rabbits can live 10-12 years with good care, and should be kept indoors. We would love to help you learn about bunny care if you are considering adoption. Foster-to-adopt is also an option. Please submit an adoption or foster form (for foster-to-adoption option) on our website: www.huntsvillehouserabbits.com Adoption fee for a single bunny is $100 or $150 for a bonded pair of bunnies and includes spay/neuter and RHDV2 vaccination.
