My Story

This distinguished gentleman is Home Run, an older rabbit with a bit of a gruff exterior but secretly has a heart of gold. He may grunt when you first approach her, but he does like to be pet. He's still getting used to people, we know with time, patience, and love, he will blossom even more into a wonderful house rabbit. Home Run is content to spend his days snoozing and lounging in his little bunny bed. He would be a great rabbit for someone who likes to chill out and relax. Since he's an older rabbit, he needs a bit more help in the grooming department to help keep him happy and clean. We can show you how to groom a rabbit if you don't have experience with it! Home Run is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated against RHDV2 (vaccine needs to be administered annually). House Rabbit Society recommends all rabbits see a rabbit-savvy veterinarian once a year. Submit an adoption application for Home Run at center.houserabbit.org. House Rabbit Society is located in Richmond, California, just north of San Francisco. Questions? Email [email protected] and we'll be happy to talk more with you!
