My Story

Bailey has had a rough start at life and was not cared for as a bunny should be. One day after she was rescued, she had five babies, sadly none survived. We discovered she wouldn’t eat hay and the vet found she had severely misaligned teeth along with a lot of overgrowth and rotten teeth, which resulted in many of the teeth to be removed. Once recovered she discovered she loves to eat lots of hay, just chews on one side of her mouth as she does not have teeth on the other side. She also drinks a lot of water due to her high hay consumption. She was very traumatized and skittish when rescued but with lots of TLC she is slowly gaining confidence. She is still shy when meeting new people but give this bunny a little time to warm up to you and she will be your best friend for life. She is very treat motivated and as long as you are sitting on the floor will come up to you for pets and cuddles. Bailey loves free roam time and will run around doing lots of binkies. Bailey does love tossing toys around and will nose bump your hand to receive pets. She has been spayed, vaccinated against the Rabbit Hemorrhagic Virus, microchipped, and litter box trained. Bailey is 3.5 lbs. of Lionhead fur and looking for a special fun-loving family to call her own and treat her like the queen she deserves to be.
