Kahuna

CURRENT RIDER LEVEL: Beginner Kahuna is a wonderful gelding with a good disposition. He gets along well with the other mares and geldings hes turned out with. Kahuna stands quietly tied and enjoys being groomed and getting attention from people. We are told Kahuna rides and drives but we don't have the driving equipment to test him. Under saddle Kahuna is a fantastic ride. He will stand to be mounted, is easy to stop, turn and go. He has a wonderfully smooth and consistent trot. Kahuna rides great in the soft arena footing and on the grass outside, however he is tender footed on stones and hard ground. Kahuna is happy following a lead horse out on trails around the farm, but he lacks the confidence to lead. Kahuna could easily compete in walk / trot 4-H or shows. He would be best matched with a beginner or child who wants a safe horse to enjoy.
