Zyaire

Meet Zyaire, a four year old, gray and white pittie, who seems to be asking the age-old question of "How did I get here?" This poor guy has been at KCPP a couple times but had been reclaimed in the past. Unfortunately attempts to reach his human parents were futile this time so we now need to try to find him a new home. Zyaire gave the shelter two paws down when it came to accommodations, and was a bit shy with staff but who could blame him? When given an opportunity to go to a foster home, Zyaire said, sign me UP! Zyaire hit the jackpot with his foster family. They gave him time to come out of his shell, and become the doggo he is...and giving him cheese or treats before kennel time is always good too! Zyaire still has those bursts of energy where he likes to play but after, he is then content to settle down for a good nap! His favorite play time game is fetch. His foster dad says he is a great cuddler! Zyaire would make someone a great companion!! Zyaire has done very well when meeting children outside the foster home. He is good with other dogs. Zyaire is housetrained and crate trained. Zyaire comes neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. Zyaire is currently living in a foster home. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
