Zuzu

Little 35 lb Zuzu was (thankfully) pulled from kill shelter in AL. It was important to get this little love bug out! Now Zuzu has a second chance for a forever home. Zuzu looks Lab-ish, but she's itty bitty!! Fully grown at 1 year old, she's just a pipsqueak, but has lots of energy in that little frame! She's active and social, and loves to explore and play play play!! During the day, she is a firecracker - she gets zoomies and loves to run and play with the other dogs, and chew her marrow bones. Then at night, she is OUT. Even in the crate (which she has no problem with), she's off to dreamland before you can say goodnight. All that being said, she is emotionally a pretty calm girl. She also LOVES looking out the window and checking out the world, and still has her puppy curiosity about everything. She's just a character...for example, Foster left her alone for a minute in the house, and when she came back Zuzu was standing on her dining room table! Not a destructive bone in her body, just curious to see how it looked up there! She's a sweet and affectionate girl, and fun to be around from any view! She's a smart girl and her training is a work in progress. She IS housebroken and crate-trained already, and has recently learned Sit pretty quickly. Shes just OK on a leash for now, and should not be walked by a child because she pulls, but shes getting better every day (shes part hound thats what they do!) When someone comes over to Foster's house, she will bark initially, then calm down and come over to check you out. Then it's instant love, every time! She's just a happy girl, excited by life, and her tail is always wagging. Zuzu is a warm, caring, loving soul who will repay all of the love that you give her and be a wonderful addition to any loving family. She needs an active family with which she can play and run around, and will be a terrific jogging or hiking buddy once trained.
