Is a young (maybe 1-2 years), 65 lb+/-, neutered male dog, a mix of greyhound and …? This guy is built to run and has the energy to go! He needs to burn off a little energy to get calm enough to focus, but once he’s there he’s a very nice dog and we believe he is food-motivated enough that he can learn the basic obedience skills that he is currently missing. We’ve been trying to teach him to run on the shelter treadmill to burn energy, but he’s so not sure that is fun yet. Zorro was also a bit timid around other dogs, but is quickly learning that they can play games too. He does like a good game of tug of war and is just as happy when it turns into keep-away (a good reason to run!). Zorro needs some structure in his life and a little reassurance to get on the road to being a good dog. Until he gets a little calmer we recommend no small kids. The fee to adopt Zorro is $180.
