Zorro

Zorro is a purebred Border Collie, about 18 months old. He was found as a stray. Every kennel run at the pound already was filled to double capacity, so we just couldnt leave him there, he is soooo sweet! *** Zorro is VERY affectionate and outgoing, one of the sweetest dogs I have ever met. Would rather be petted than eat, tho he does like his treats! Active and athletic, he loves to play and to cuddle. He gets along very well w/ other dogs. Smart and willing, Zorro comes willingly when called and walks nicely on a leash. He apears to be housebroken, does not try to counter surf nor get on furniture. He was very patient w/ bathing and toenail trimming, tho not thrilled of course. :-) *** NOTE: He demonstrates the expected herding behavior of his breed, so like most Border Collies, he should not go to home w/ small children, as he would likely try to herd them!! Zorro would make a really great agility dog, a loving companion for an active person, a jogging companion, or even a 4H obedience dog for an intelligent teenager.
