My Story

MABBR rescued Zori from a KCMO shelter just days before he was scheduled to be euthanized. When he was taken to a vet he was severely malnourished, was under weight and was suffering from hyper extended tendons in his front paws (also known as “flipper paws”). Now that he has plenty of good food his paws are back to normal and he is up to a normal weight.

Zori is the sweetest boy and loves to give kisses and cuddle. He is learning a lot from his foster brother Jack (also a foster for MABBR) and his foster sister Butters. He knows “sit” (most of the time), “go potty” and comes when called. He is also crate trained and is well on his way to being house trained (although sometimes when it is cold I have to go outside with him).

Zori has a lot of personality with the greatest facial expressions. I swear sometimes he even winks at me. He is mischievous like all good puppies are but isn’t too bad about chewing on stuff as long as he has a chew treat or toy available. He will be an amazing addition to any family and I know anyone who meets him will instantly fall in love.
