The lot owner captured the family and brought them to us. Zoey is more confident than her family members. She is alert, charming, obedient, gentle and full of love! New Horizon Dog Rescue guarantees the health of their dogs. Our dogs are fed fresh and raw as well as we rotate commercial puppy foods, soaked in water over night to mitigate hydration. At bedtime our dogs are given their bedtime treat: a hunk of raw sweet potato. Sweet potatoes also serve to keep the teeth white and clean. We fecal test regularly under a microscope and de-worm as needed. Heartworm prevention is dosed once a month. Vaccines are current, but we are sensitive to the fact that over vaccinating is the leading cause of cancer in dogs.
