Zoey is a 3 yo shepherd mix. She is about 60 lbs. She is dog friendly and people friendly. She was owner surrender due to they were moving. That is just not a good excuse to leave a loyal family member behind. Dogs are family members. She must have been kept outside and was bored, since she was not getting any love or attention. She is dog friendly and may need another dog or doggy day care. We swooped her up because the shelter was full and getting more and more dogs in every day due to the Covid owner surrenders and other dogs getting out due to fireworks going off.
