Zoey was at risk of euthanasia due to owner surrender, when she was rescued through Pup N Purr Rescue located in WNC. Zoey is a playful dog looking for her forever home where she can grow and be set up for sucess. She requires someone without any existing pets as she does have reactivity to other animals. She would do best with a large home to roam and a quiet life. Zoey is around 75 pounds, Her foster says, “Zoey is doing well with training and she is receptive to being rewarded with treats!” Zoey loves cuddling with her foster, and would make the BEST work from home buddy. What we know about Zoey’s history – is that she lived with her former owner in a car. Due to the close quarters and always being around her human she does have some separation anxiety and would not do well being left alone for long periods of time, as that adds to her stress and anxiety. Due to her anxiety, she cannot be crated or confined to small spaces as that adds massive amounts of stress to her. Overall Zoey is a gem looking for her forever friend to give all her love to.
