Zoe is a very special girl. She is sweet, loves to play and really loves people. She barley escaped being euthanized at the Shelter she was in. Thanks to a special woman in Gaffney SC Zoe is alive. Zoe has had a pretty bad life until she came into rescue. It was discovered during her initial Vet visit once she was rescued that someone in her past had "attempted" to de-bark Zoe and botched the procedure. I cannot think of anything more inhumane than trying to de-bark a dog but cutting the vocal cords...what kind of monster would do this to a dog. Zoe is a very sweet and loving girl. She will make a wonderful family companion.
