Ziggy is a food-loving, senior cattle dog mix who is searching for a friendly, warm home to retire to. She is 13 years of age but still has a ton of love and energy to share with her human companions. She is a super affectionate dog, wanting to get as close to you as and cuddle. As a working, athletic breed, she is still quite spry for her age and loves to spend time outdoors like most cattle dogs. Ziggy is extremely food-motivated and will certainly search around the house for any amount of food or crumbs that she can find. She has some anxiety when being left alone and does not enjoy going into her crate. She can work with other animals as long as they are not in a position to fight over food, and she would do best in a home without any small children.
