Zeus

Zeus is a 1 year old male Malinois. Very confident and independent. If you’re not looking for an overly Velcro dog this is your guy! He’s confident in himself and independent. He does well with other dogs with proper introductions though is a bit more dominant and will posture and raise his hackles when first being introduced if it is rushed. He is crate trained although he sometimes barks if he needs to go to the bathroom or wants attention. He has had a couple of accidents but they are few and far between. We are working on his leash manners and basic obedience. He is more in control of himself when excited but has more endurance when it comes to expending energy. I believe he would do well in a single dog household where someone can really put the time into bonding with him and building that drive and trust between one another. Would do well with other dogs as well although you would need to work with him independently often. High food drive and decent toy drive. He loves car rides and walks although he is starting to develop some leash reactivity. It is at a stage where it can be managed and improved but currently he will pull and bark at people and bikes on leash. His foster live in the country so haven’t been able to work on this much but I’ve also gotten his food drive high enough now I believe, with the right experience, someone could completely eliminate this quickly.
