COURTESY POSTING: Zella just came to us from an overcrowded Georgia shelter where she stood no chance at being adopted. Zella's foster mom, who is an experienced Australian Cattle Dog owner, tells us Zella is "a real find"! She is AWESOME in so many ways. Very athletic, very smart, very eager to please and especially beautiful in body and face and weighs in at about 30 lbs. She should do great at agility training and competition. Zella loves showing affection and wants nothing more than to be by your side and share your world. She's going to bond closely with her owner, so should be the only dog. It's suspected Zella has a strong herding instinct because she enjoys rounding up her toys and putting them into a neat pile :) Zella's coloring is blue merle and she's about two years old. If you are an active person and enjoy hiking, running or dog sports, Zella would love hooking up with you! Zella's adoption fee is $225.00. That will help cover her medical and transportation expenses. Zella is spayed, up to date with vaccinations and heartworm negative.
