Meet Zachary, an affectionate, friendly, and gentle young fella who is independent and quiet, but warms up quickly to new people and dogs.
He is a ShihTzu that is about 3 years old, weighs just 12 pounds, and is absolutely adorable!
He has been fully vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for heartworms, and current on heartworm and flea prevention. He will be neutered prior to adoption.
He likes to play and run around, but is also well-behaved and can be calm when he senses the situation requires it. He is also content just relaxing outside watching the world go by.
He is a good boy who who has been told he has a very cute underbite.
He gets along with other dogs, but would be great for a stay at home, work from home or retired couple looking for just one canine companion. We think he would be too lonely being left alone long hours if he were an only dog.
