My Story

This dog was found last week on June 30th in the University area and since he didn't have a collar/tags, we've been calling him Brian.  Brian is male and appears to be a terrier mix of some sort with salt and pepper fur and brown eyes.  He was scanned four times and a chip wasn't found, he has also been neutered; the person from Animal Control checked the dog in both those aspects.  Brian has been a very quiet and gentle dog, I've never encountered such a sweet animal before.  He has been great with my 6-year-old but I don't know how he would be around other animals.  Although quiet, the only time we've heard him bark was when another dog was being walked near our home.  We've been taking him out for walks everyday and he does very well during those times.  Brian did great when we gave him a bath and he is definitely housebroken too; we've been taking him out before work, when we return and once more before we go to bed and that seems to suffice.  If he does need to go out again, he will tell us with little whimpers.  We've tried to find the owners but haven't had any luck, at this point we are hoping that he can be adopted into a very loving home that will give him the best care possible.Thank You,
