My Story

Hi, my name is Wren! I was living down in Alabama where I had my 9 babies. These wonderful people came down to pick me up and bring me to Minnesota. Once I got to Minnesota, wonderful people helped me nurse and take care of my babies. With my pups growing up, it's time for us all to separate and spread our wings. So now I live with my foster mom and her two resident cats. I am totally potty trained and I walk well on a leash. I go in my crate at night and during the day when my foster mom goes to work even though it is not my favorite place. My foster mom lives in a condo, so I need to be quiet. I do bark every once in a while but that's OK. My foster mom says as long as I don't get crazy and bark all the time it's fine. My foster mom has taken me on some field trips and I've done really well. She even took me to a horse competition where there's a lot of people, dogs and these big, big animals called horses. I did great with it all. I do like other dogs, but I just need a little time to get used to them when we first meet. However, my favorite thing in the whole world are humans. I love every human that I meet. Women, men, and kids. I just love to be around them and be pet by them. I would crawl up into your lap if I could. My foster mom thinks I have the most gentle soul. All I want is love. So if you're looking for a best friend or someone to love and someone to love you back. I am your ticket! Please consider me for your family and give me a forever home. ***FOSTER TO ADOPT*** Wren is in our Foster to Adopt Program because she is not yet spayed. Her spay will be coming up soon. If you are interested in adopting Wren, please fill out an Adoption Application. All medical needs other than her spay will be the responsibility of the Foster to Adopt home. The spay is covered by the rescue and will be through our vets. Once the spay is complete, the adoption will be finalized. -------------------------------------------- All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner. Adoption Fee - $475 To apply for this pup, please submit an Adoption Application at http://warriordogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application/
