Hello Woody Howlelson! This happy hound was saved in Surry County North Carolina and has been patiently waiting in foster for far to long wondering why he hasn’t found a home. He is dog friendly. He loves people of all sizes. He seems to be housebroken. He loves to go out on the town with his people. He would love a home with a six foot fence or a dedicated leash walker. At 70lbs those short fences just seem like a suggestion not a rule to this silly guy. He has been known to hop a short fence. He’s been very good with a slow introduction to the resident cat. He has not made any attempts to chase or harm miss kitty and doesn’t even bark at her.
Once some fabulous family finally takes notice of what an amazing man he is we will bring him to you for a two week in home trial! His adoption, like all, includes a training session to get you started, a boarding stay, a doggie play date, discounted groom, supply package and life long support! 3 years is a long time to live with out consistency and a family. So please let this be the last holiday Woody spends wondering why he isn’t loved and cherished. When he could be loving you!
