Why Choose Me? Foster update: Wolfgang is super easy, dog friendly, cat friendly, house trained, and crate trained! * * * Update: I always love being with Wolfgang. He's such an easy-going buddy. Even at seven years of age, Wolfgang likes playing with toys, and we played several rounds of fetch. He'd chase each toy and take it back to a blanket to enjoy. He knows how to sit, lie down, and shake. He's house trained and good with other dogs. I adore this sweet, happy boy. His real name is Apollo (there was already another dog named Apollo at the shelter), and it really gets his attention when I say it. His game of fetch is different, but we still had fun. He'd take off for a toy that I'd throw, pick it up, run with it for a few feet, and then drop it before running back to me. That was okay; I loved his joy in playing. Wolfgang also sits for treats and takes them gently. His former owner said Wolfgang is house trained, crate trained, and good with other dogs. The owner also said he doesn't do well with kids, but there was no further explanation of this. I found Wolfgang to be a great dog who's well-mannered, sweet, and fun.
