My name is Wishbone and I am the epitome of Texas Charm. I am an approximately 3 years old male German Sheppard/Terrier mix, and all the headaches and rainy days of when I was a puppy are behind me. I am house trained, love going for walks and walk well on a leash, and I am a very happy/smiley guy. I vastly prefer to take in the sights and smells of my surroundings rather than disturb the peace with a bark (I am quiet). I am dog selective so may do better in a home with no other dogs. My beautiful coat coupled with my warm brown eyes will melt even the most frigid of hearts on a surprise Houston cold snap. I was in a high kill shelter for 45 days and was saved 30 minutes before I was scheduled to be euthanized. Even though I look “Texas Tough” I’m sweeter than a gallon of Blue Bell ice cream and excited to have paw-rents so please consider me.
