Winston James is currently with our partner rescue in Louisiana but hoping to come to NJ soon. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial for approved adopters! Winston James was at a rural shelter in Louisiana with no budget for vaccines let alone major medical care and due to an old injury, this boy needed FHO surgery. Our rescue friends reached out since they couldn't bear for this boy to be put to sleep and of course we said yes! Winston James had his surgery and recovered beautifully. Winston James is dog friendly and also good with kids. Winston James is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. He was recently treated heartworm. His adoption fee is $450. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
