Winston is very loving , loves quickly, picks his people carefully, funny and a snuggle bug.
Winston will need to be the only pet and preferably in a home with no kids. If kids, high school is best.
As a foster home, you provide unconditional love, care and recovery. The rescue provides, food, toys, accessories and covers all medical costs.
