Winona is a female, 11 lb., white Maltese. Her estimated date of birth is July 2, 2017. Winona is a shy but sweet girl that comes from a rough start in life. Winona was kept in a cage with other dogs before she came to ARF. She will need time to warm up to her new home and learn what it means to be a beloved pet! Winona does well with other dogs as well as with people. She has a $200.00 adoption fee.
