My Story

WINNIE was brought to the shelter as a stray, so nothing is known about her background. WINNIE is about 3 - 4 years old, weighs 52 lbs, is already spayed, has had her DA2PP and bordetella vaccines and is listed as a Pit Bull Terrier mix. WINNIE is a super sweet, very friendly, very nice girl who loves the warden, staff and volunteers! WINNIE is a mellow girl, she takes treats gently, enjoys a nice walk and walks well on a leash too! WINNIE seems to be housebroken, but it is difficult to tell for sure in the shelter, so it's best to assume she's not and then be pleasantly surprised when she is! WINNIE has been fine around the other dogs at the shelter but we don't know how she is with kids or cats since there are neither there, Please bring your kids, dog(s), and even your cat(s), if possible, to the shelter for a meet and greet with the help of the warden or deputies just to be sure everyone gets along before taking WINNIE home!
