Meet WINKY!
Winky is a 1 year old terrier mix. He weighs 10 pounds and is currently recovering from a non contagious skin condition that simply requires him to stay on a monthly flea and tick prevention tablet until his coat is completely back to normal. Winky can be quite the barker now that he is starting to feel better but is still very lovable and adorably quirky. He walks well on leash.
Winky has received his initial vaccines and vetting. He is available for foster to adopt with adoptions being finalized after being fixed and receiving boosters.
