Meet Windstar! This big boy was found outside tied to a garage with his sister in -25 weather with so shelter. Windstar is a very sweet boy who loves his people SO much! He is a very large, strong guy who turns into a cuddly lapdog any chance he gets. He is dog friendly especially with his best friend, his sister that he was rescued with, but they are not bonded.
