Meet Windell, a young and energetic friend who has a knack for making the most out of playtime! He may be a bit shy at first, but don't be fooled - once he warms up to you, he's all about fun and games. His playful, push-and-pull style of play makes him a vibrant and engaging companion. And don't be surprised if you see him splashing around in the water, he's quite the fan! From our volunteer observations, Windell seems to enjoy the company of other dogs, especially his kennel mate.
