Willow is a 4 year old (estimated) female Terrier Mix. She was a feral dog when she came into the St Charles Louisiana Parish Animal Shelter. She is very timid and is finally allowing us to hold her. She will make a loving pet for someome who is patient enough to assure her she is safe.
