My Story

Willow is in foster with a wonderful family that may be making the home a forever home for her. Lets all keep our paws crossed that it works out for them all. UPDATE 9/3/09: Willow has been here so very long. She is the perfect girl and really needs a wonderful home to go to. She would do great if she had a fenced in yard to race around in to burn off some of her puppy energy. Coming 2 years, Willow has been around dogs, cats, kids and adults. We haven't seen anyone that she doesn't get along with. The kennel life is not a fair place for her. Can't anyone fall in love with this one? She so deserves a good home! Willow now 1 1/2yrs old has totally fallen in love with Cooper, our spaniel mix. If you have Pitty knowledge and would love two large rambunctious dogs in your life, these two get along great together. A fenced yard would be the way to go as both dogs are young and need training. Either-Or or Both.......you decide! You can not ask for a sweeter dog than Willow. She is a 1 year old Pitty that LOVES people, dogs, cats, kids, life! This is the true meaning of a Pit Bull Terrier if ever there was one. Willow needs some obedience training and that is about it. She would love a yard to play in and also some toys. Willow is a 50 pound lap dog! She enjoys being outside during the day and uses her dog house here at the shelter. She'll sit on top of the dog house and watch the world go by hoping her forever home will come soon. Willow is up to date on shots, heartworm and has been spayed. She just needs YOU now to give her a forever home. We would also consider a foster situation for Willow. If your interested, please call 413-569-5348 ext.649 or email me here.
