Willow

Willow and her sister Aspen are now with Four Paws. They are 7 months old. They are red heeler/cattle dogs from a long line of working farm dogs. They have been outside dogs until now and have not had much training or socialization. Willow is now in a foster home with other dogs, and is doing great! She has made huge progress in the short time she has been there. She loves playing with the other dogs. She has learned the doggy door already and has found out how nice it is to get ear scratches and petting. She is crate trained, and has not had an accident in the house. She will now come up to her foster mom for loves and treats, and will take a treat gently from someone's fingers. She has a real need to chew on things, so will need plenty of toys that are ok to destroy. She is very shy still and will take time to learn to trust her people, but with patience and love she will become someones best buddy for life. She will need a secure fenced yard. Willow is looking for a forever family to call her own. Her adoption fee is $350, which includes spay surgery, microchip, and vaccinations (parvo/distemper and rabies.)
