My Story

Willie is a 5 year old male pittie mix who was seen wandering for multiple days in a local neighborhood. Although he seemed unsure of people while on the run, he melted into pure love and happiness once he knew he was safe after being contained by one of our volunteers. He had some medical issues that needed to be addressed upon arrival at HCAS, but he is now ready for his forever home! Willie weighs 57 pounds. He walks well on a leash and happily sits for treats. We have not yet tested Willie with other dogs. A meet and greet with any existing dogs in a potential new home will be required to ensure a good fit. He’s a happy, outgoing boy!
