We just learned Willie is he positive. He has been started on treatment and will be receiving his injections on July 24 and 25.
Some dogs can never catch a break.
Willie was saved from a local shelter’s eu list about a month ago. Unfortunately his adopter recently suffered a major health issue and will no longer be able to care for him.
A friend stepped in to care for the dogs temporarily but they have to be rehomed by the end of this month. Willie is a 6 year old snuggle bug. The person currently staying with the dogs was so touched by how he cuddled up to her at night then followed her to the couch to cuddle some more. He is the ultimate loyal, Velcro dog. We are hoping that we can give Willie another chance in life. He is such a lover has and gets along well with the other dogs in his home.
