Willard was found stray with a severe injury to his front leg which required amputation.
This 3 y/o boy is solid muscle so being a tripod has not slowed Willard (Willy) down. He is strong and loves to play fetch. He is a very sweet affectionate boy who loves to be included, loves belly rubs, and will do just about anything for a treat. He is house trained and is learning to sit and wait patiently for a meal. He is happy in a kennel overnight but prefers the couch. Willard is great with older children 5+ and would be an excellent addition to anyone looking for an easy-going beginner dog.
I’m not sure how he would do with other dogs, but he’s been good with my coworkers tiny 8lb terrier. He is also super curious about cats and I’m sure if we let him, he’d chase cats all day.
