Poor Wilbur was found a stray ... no one has claimed him it has been weeks. He is starting to get over his heartbreak but would love to have a special someone to love
He has quickly become a favorite of the volunteers, he is an independent man, but loves to sit loyally at your feet and watch all that you do. He is indifferent to cats and gets along well with other dogs. He is just a realy good dog
Wilbur is around 8 years and is still quite spunky he enjoys everyone and everything.
Up to date on vaccinations. Heartworm negative and clean bill of health via bloodwork! He is housetrained and well mannered.
When he came he was quite matted and unkept now after a bath is soft as a teddy-bear. Of course we have considered coloring his muzzle to hide the gray ... but we just convinced him "he looks distinguished" so don't bring that up with him okay !
Wilbur is really looking for a family and a place to call his own, please give him a chance he won't let you down. I promise !!
