Meet Wilbur, Wilbur is a one year old medium size terrier mix weighing around 35 pounds. Wilbur was picked up as a stray and he is a very good boy with lots of great potential and a large capacity to love. Wilbur has such beautiful markings he really is such a handsome boy. Wilbur is a great boy that aims to please. He walks like a pro on a leash and is learning his house and crate training. He knows that it will take time and he is willing to put in the effort to learning his skill set and being a pro at each one. He knows that success is around the corner and his family will be sure to assist. Word on the street is that he loves his treats so that could be a great tool in helping Wilbur learn his tasks with eager anticipation. Our Wilbur is a fun and friendly boy that will hang out with other dogs and children and join in on playtime. He has not had the opportunity to be introduced to cats since coming into rescue so it is unknown at this time if he would lay down a welcome mat for a feline companion. Wilbur will light up your life with years of wonderful memories whether it is hiking, going for a walk playing in the park or just snuggling on the couch he will make a beautiful addition to your family. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees.
