Wilbur was dumped with 3 other dogs on a very hot day in July. They were scared and confused as well as hot and dehydrated. Thankfully, our animal control officer, was able to rescue them and get them to safety. Despite being dumped and abandoned by his previous owners, Wilbur is willing to trust and love people. He’s just looking for someone to give him the attention and care that every dog deserves.
