Wilbur

Wilbur and his brother were found far from home and never reclaimed. Wilbur is about 5+ mos old and weighs about 37 lbs. He loves other dogs and will play as long as they will. He is learning crate training but does best if he is walked every 4-5 hours, and then you need to give him enough time to remember to go, as he's so busy playing he sometimes forgets. He will be quiet in a crate but gets noisy if you approach the crate without letting him out. He's definitely in the puppy stage, however, so he needs lots of exercise and enrichment and should be confined when he can't be supervised. Wilbur knows how to walk on a leash. He does okay in a car but gets a bit car sick, so the best thing is to avoid feeding him before he takes a car ride. He will do best ina home with another active dog in his size range. Wilbur has had his puppy shots, his rabies vaccine, and he has been treated for parasites, fleas, and ticks. He is neutered and microchipped, and he's current on heartworm prevention.
