My Story

** No out of state adoption ** Meet Wii Willey. One terrific little pup who is ready to give 110%! Wii was pulled from a shelter where his parents and siblings did not make it. Born on the mesa to unsocialized parents – Wii was the only one of the group that showed he knew some humans were good. The staff at the shelter begged to give him a chance. They thankfully saw in him what he could be and so he came to be an EnchantMutts dog. This guy shows HUGE potential (and personality) though he will probably top out at 15 pounds. He is 8-9 months old and currently weighs in at a whopping 10 lbs. This little fur-boy is trying very hard to be a perfect dog! His foster has just fallen head over heels and is thrilled with his progress. Wii Willey is absolutely adorable. He is very smart and loving, and though he has his moments of cuddliness – he likes to make it on his own. He is house-trained (uses the doggie door) and crate-trained and comes running when called. His little mind is so receptive to learning new things and he finds joy in everything. He makes his foster mom laugh every moment he is awake! Wii is in foster care with dogs that have at least fifty pounds on him; but thinks he is the same size as them – this is no pipsqueak! He gets along great with all the dogs – even the grumpy older ones! We usually have a good idea on what breeds linger in most dogs – but Wii Willey just stumps us! Could he be a Mini Alaskan Husky (a Klee Kai dog), a Fox Terrier, a tiny, tiny German Shepherd? Regardless of breed mix, Wii Willie is going to look like a puppy forever! Don’t plan on meeting this guy unless you want to fall in love! We would prefer Wii Willey going to a home with another dog and would prefer older children or a family with a member who is home frequently. Wii will be neutered, heartworm tested and ready to go soon and ready for his adoptive home. Please complete an application online and submit to [email protected].
