Whiskey *FOSTER TO ADOPT*

Meet Whiskey! Whiskey is an approximately 15 week old male chihuahua mix ready for a home! Whiskey is currently about 6 pounds. We are unsure about expected adult weight, as his parents are unknown. Whiskey has a black coat (the other dog in the pictures is Deacon, his bio brother). He is not bonded to his brother and they can be adopted out to separate homes. This little guy is sweet and sensitive. He loves kids and loves to cuddle! Whiskey seems to get along great with everyone. He enjoys meeting new people, including kids, at local events.. He also loves to wrestle and cuddle with his brother, Deacon. Whiskey is crate trained, has mastered stairs, and is working hard on his housebreaking skills. He has not been tested around cats, but his foster mom doesn’t expect that to be an issue. Whiskey is vetted and is healthy. He has had age-appropriate vaccinations. As he is not old enough to be neutered yet, he will be considered foster to adopt status until he is old enough to be neutered. Whiskey’s adoption donation is $350. Your current dogs/cats must be spayed or neutered unless a veterinarian has determined that your current pet(s) should not be fixed due to medical reasons. They must also be up-to-date on shots and on HW preventative. Reference checks and a home visit are required so southeast dogs can only be adopted in NC/SC, VA, TN, AL, MD and GA. Whiskey may also be considered for adoption in our midwest region (MI, MN, IL, WI, OH, KY) provided the right applicant is found and willing to pay transportation fees.
