WHISKEY

Whiskey is a handsome little boy. He is a mix of Maltese, Poodle, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, although he tends to look more like a Maltese. He was born in October 2022 and weighs just 8.5 pounds. He arrived from a puppy mill situation where he was seldom touched, let alone snuggled or loved. This kind of treatment results in a dog with little or no self-esteem. He has come a long way since he arrived at the rescue, but he needs a home where he will be loved and encouraged to reach his full potential. He needs a home where he will feel loved and secure. He does well with other dogs his size. Anyone interested in adopting Whiskey needs to own their home and will absolutely need a secure fenced yard where he can go potty, can play, and work on leash training. He should not be left outside without close supervision, as a small white dog would be easy prey for a predator. Whiskey is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped, and crate trained. We are working with him on leash training.
