WENDELL is a 10 year-old neutered male black Cocker Spaniel who only has one eye. But, having had 2 dogs with only one eye, I can tell you that this does not inhibit the dogs in any way, they adjust beautifully. WENDELL was found as a stray in running loose on busy city streets. Once rescued he captured the heart of a kind veterinary technical. She saw his potential and it is in honor of this animal advocate that we have named this great dog WENDELL. Animal Alliance volunteers find this older adult to have and exceedingly cheerful disposition. At the time of his neuter WENDELL had a dental cleaning. He was also surgically shaved due to extreme matting. This brave dog withstood having his hair shaved and and wagged his tail in delight when the process was over. WENDELL weighs 30 pounds and has a voracious appetite. This dog knows that better days are ahead for him. The people that adopt Wendell will bring home a dog that will be eternally grateful and loyal to the core. This dog comes highly recommended and whoever adopts him will be most fortunate indeed.

This pet is spayed or neutered in accordance with our strict policy wherein all animals are altered prior to adoption. This pet is dewormed, current on vaccines, and started on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
