WATSON - Adopted!!

THIS IS WATSON....(formerly Oscar from the North Central Shelter) -- direct from death row :(( His owner quite likely was a senior who passed away and spoiled him rotten all the days of his 10 yrs. He was very depressed but he has come back to life!!! Watson is a bit overweight at 20 lbs, and he is sight challenged. ...okay, so he's blind!! But he is a lover. The vet was shocked to see that his teeth are in pretty good shape for a senior! We thought perhaps the weight was indicative of disease, but Watson just loves to eat....and he finds food everywhere!!! He does have a thyroid issue, which is absolutely not major and the meds are very inexpensive. His heart is good, Watson just needs to take off about 5 lbs and he'll be a new man!! He needs a soft pillow and a loving, patient heart to share his golden years! He really is a good boy and helping him to come out of his depression. His only special needs are a lot of TLC, exercise and attention. He doesn't like to walk on the leash, but he needs to!!! He does need drops in his eyes daily and thyroid meds....and that's all for now!!! Do you have a place in your hear and home for this boy to retire???
