Hi, my name is Walter. The humans here found me wandering the streets. I'm not sure where I came from, but I'm glad I'm here now. The humans here think that at some point, someone wasn't very nice to me. I flinch when people make to sudden of moves. But other than that, I'm a pretty nice guy! I like most other dogs. I can't wait to be paired up with a friend! I hope it's Penelope! She seems really nice! The humans think that I'm a goofy guy. I sometimes get the zoomies when I'm outside, and they think it's funny! I don't think I've ever seen a short human before. So, I'm not sure what it'll be like meeting one. Same goes for cats. So, if your looking for a handsome, goofy guy, please pick me!! I would love a family of my own!
