"Sweet lil walnut is still working on coming out of his shell and growing his confidence. He's terrified of men at first meet and it takes him a long time to warm up. He's the skittish kind of scared, not the confrontational type at all. He definitely finds his confidence from a good natured dog companion, or from kids! He's the low key type, likes to romp in the yard, sniff and explore and play with a friend for a few minutes but then likes to rest in a comfy spot and keep himself occupied, like rolling in the grass or chewing on a toy. Def more of the countryside kind of dog, does not enjoy the sounds of the city or the bustle of a busy street. He will need a patient adopter who doesn't want to make him say hi to everyone - I think if he's forced into social interactions he could become reactive. Still working on house training, and loooves to chew."
